Reclamation Yard | Salvage Yard Northampton and Milton Keynes
Welcome to the Watling Reclamation Yard website, supplying a huge variety of quality reclaimed products to Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Warwickshire and, London and the whole of the UK.
We are a family business based alongside the A5 Watling Street, just south of the Towcester Racecourse in South Northamptonshire. Over the past 25 years we have built up extensive experience in the buying, selling and using reclaimed products. Our first major project, around 20 years ago, was the construction of a courtyard of offices at Pury Hill Business Park. We have continued to add further buildings at the site, as well as renovating our Cuttle Mill Business Park. With this in mind, we are keen to offer our services and experience to other builders, trade / industy buyers, architects, landscape architects, as well as the public. This is why we have decided to open the Watling Reclamation yard.
Reclamation and Reclaimed Building Materials
Our clean 2 acre yard is situated between Towcester and Milton Keynes, sitting alongside the A5, with easy access from the M1 J15 or J15a, and close to Daventry, Banbury and Northampton. We are within a 60 mile radius of Oxford, London, Birmingham and Cambridge.
Whether you are building a new house in a period style, renovating an old building, or creating a new garden, then we can help. As you will see from our index, we have an extensive range of architectural salvage and reclaimed building materials, such as handmade bricks, calf-nose bricks, wall copings or pan tiles; and hard landscaping materials such as diamond pavers, stable bricks and York flagstones.
We stock a large selection of wood and timber products including reclaimed oak beams and railway sleepers. We have a variety of items for your garden / exterior and inside our showroom you will find many reclaimed and antique products from door knobs to fireplaces for you interior.
Using these materials is an eco friendly way to build or repair buildings. For example, brick contains stored energy, and so you are saving carbon by reusing the bricks rather than crushing and using as rubble. To learn more visit www.carbonfootprint.com
